POOL RULES

The following are a list of rules when using the Castle Pines Pool & Jacuzzi Facility. These rules will be strictly enforced and any violators will be asked to leave the pool area.

1. The Castle Pines Pool Facility is strictly for Castle Pines residents,

renters and their accompanied guests only. Trespassing will not

be permitted. Max Bathers 65.

2. The pool/jacuzzi hours are from dawn to dusk.

3. No lifeguard will be on duty, using the pool/jacuzzi will be at your

own risk.

4. Children under twelve (12) years of age are not permitted inside the gate of the pool area unless accompanied by an adult

5. Children must wear "swimmies" in the pool (NOT DIAPERS).

6. No diving in the pool.

7. No running in the pool area.

8 No food or beverages are allowed in the pool.

9. Food and beverage permitted at tables only.

10. No pool chairs are to be placed in the water.

11. NO GLASS BOTTLES INSIDE THE POOL GATED AREA.

12. No animals are permitted inside the gate of the pool area at anytime.

13. No barbecuing inside the pool gated area.

14. NO BALL PLAY IN POOL AREA.

15. No skateboarding or rollerblades permitted within pool area.

16. Bicycles and scooters should be stored near cabana.

17. No chair reservations.
