What is a POA?

The role of the PGA Village Property Owners' Association (POA) is to provide for the preservation and enhancement of property values and amenities within the Village.

What does the POA manage?

The POA maintains the roadways, signs, common areas, preserves, lake and wetland areas. They also oversee the management of amenities such as Xfinity/Comcast cable/internet, Island Club, access control, safety, and gate houses. Castle Pines’ HOA is responsible for maintenance of their gate house.

What is the difference between the POA and the HOA?

Can I make changes to my townhome?

That depends on what that modification is.  Townhome owners must comply with local rules and building codes when making changes to their townhouses, and they must also follow their townhouse owners' association rules. Townhouse owners cannot simply make changes to their homes without ensuring the renovations comply with all applicable rules. Townhome owners must get permission for renovations that change the home's exterior.

What is the process if I want to make changes or modification to my townhome?

The first step is to submit an ARC request form. The ARC is a committee on your Board that reviews your home improvement requests.  In an effort to provide and protect each individual’s homeowner rights and property value, it is required that any homeowner considering improvements which are visible from other homes, submit an ARC Request Form.

How do you submit an ARC request form and where is it?

Submitting is quick and painless. We promise. Just click this link ( download now ) to download the ARC Application.

You can mail your application to:

Lang Management 8311 Holley Tree Trail, Port St. Lucie, FL  34986

or email it to:  BetsyG@langmanagement.com

Who do I call or contact if I see an issue, or something broken like a faulty sprinkler head?

Contact maintenance service at service@langmanagement.com or (877) 242-8692.

Who do I contact if I see a parking violation?

Usually, security is roving the property to keep our property safe, secure, and orderly.  There are times that an individual has parked immediately after the rover has made his or her rounds.  A quick call the gate house at (772) 882-9286 can be made to redispatch the rover to advise the violator or issue a violation.

How and when do I prepare my home for a hurricane?

As with most parts of Florida, hurricane prep is a part of life here on the Treasure Coast. Preparation is key and can mitigate the stress that can come after the storm, but as with any community, there are processes to follow when preparing your townhome for the storm.  Click on the Hurricane Guide, which contains important general information concerning hurricane season preparedness.
